• How do I list my property on your marketplace?

  To list your property, simply click on the "Add Listing" button that is on the top right corner of the homepage. There, you can fill in the details and upload images of your property. Make sure to leave your contact details so that buyers can contact you.

• What should I have at our first meeting for my project?

  You need to bring your legal property documents that we ask for. But there may be more documents required as per the property's description. So, please contact us before the meeting and we will tell you what to bring.

• How do we work?

  We operate as a marketplace as well as custom property designers. Our marketplace allows sellers to list their real estate to reach a wide audience of potential buyers, and buyers can search property listings as well as buy from sellers. Additionally, we also offer project designs, where buyers can collaborate with our professional designers.

• How long will it take to to design and build my project?

  The time it takes to design and build projects depends on the size and complexity. So we can only give you an estimated timeline after an initial consultation. Design revisions, permits, and unexpected challenges can also impact the timeline. Regardless, we always do our best to deliver high-quality work within the promised time and always keep you informed.

• What services do you offer?

  We offer a full range of real estate services. Our services include architectural design, project management, construction documentation, procurement, and coordination with contractors and suppliers. We aim to provide end-to-end solutions to ensure a seamless and successful project from concept to completion. We also offer services like advertising land and buildings for sale or rent, and buying properties.

• Why do you have a design fee and purchasing fee on the product?

  Our professionals invest a lot of time, effort, resources, and expertise to create unique designs, and that is what we are charging money for. Developing design ideas, drawing, 3D rendering, and many other things cost us a lot. So we charge a small fee that covers all of our operating expenses. The profit margin is minimal, and we do it in order to continue facilitating buyers and sellers in the future. Moreover, you will also get secure and trustworthy way to complete the transaction thanks to this small fee.
